Hz max horizontal scan rate, which means it can do up to 1600x1200 at 100 hz or 1920 x 1440 at 85 Hz.Still works but the top and base have cracks and buttons are missing from the base.You can still press the buttons by using something like a pen.The tube image some slight discoloration + sometimes breathing (expanding and decreasing horizontally), which explains the low price
